Client Review

“Megan Rohleder-Siegel was amazing in helping me get back to my activities postpartum. I had done some pelvic floor PT early on, but ~10 months after baby I was stuck with running and jump roping. Megan did an amazing job troubleshooting and making a custom plan for my unique needs. Now I can go for my morning runs and work on my double unders at crossfit again. Action Potential was a 40 minute drive for me but it was so worth it in terms of a great experience and seeing results. Definitely go to Megan for your pregnancy/postpartum pelvic floor rehab!!!”- S.M
