I saw Kristen for postpartum pelvic floor PT and it was probably one of the best self care items I could of chosen to do right after having my son. I was active during my entire pregnancy at my CrossFit gym and it was important to me to return to working out safely and intentionally. Kristen met me exactly where I was at gave me a treatment plan that was easy to incorporate into my busy life as a new mom.
