Action Potential is currently in network with Medicare and Medicare Advantage plans, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and most workers’ compensation and auto insurers. While we accept many insurances that may pay for your physical therapy services, we also offer competitive self pay rates. If your insurance is out of network or if you have a high deductible health care plan, it may be beneficial for you to consider paying cash for your services. We can always provide you with documentation to submit for insurance reimbursement.

Want some quick expert advice? PT-to-Go is the physical therapy program for you! In one 80-minute session, you’ll receive an evaluation and treatment for your condition, complete with exercises to manage your symptoms at home. After your initial appointment, you’ll have one virtual follow up to make sure things are working and to adjust as necessary. This program is perfect for the person who wants to minimize costs or doesn’t have time to commit to a full physical therapy plan.

• Dry Needling 4 Sessions: $500 (60-day expiration)

• PT Mini 8 Session Package: $850 (30-day expiration)
