Growth
We invest in our team’s growth by providing many opportunities for personal and professional development. All new team members receive two weeks of onboarding training followed by a 12-week formal mentoring program by our Education Coordinator. In addition, our company hosts a quarterly education session for our administrative and clinical teams where we improve our skills in a hands-on workshop environment. You’ll have an opportunity to meet with one of the owners each quarter to set goals and share your thoughts. And if you’re interested in growing as a leader, we have a formal Leadership Program which emphasizes self-actualization and personal development. No matter how you want to grow, we have an avenue for you!
