Your brain is your most valuable resource, and you need to protect it. Overcoming vertigo and concussion requires the skilled care of a knowledgeable therapist. We will assess how your dizziness and/or concussion are affecting your ability to perform daily activities, including home tasks, work, and sports. We will develop a program to address your symptoms while focusing on the things that matter most to you.
Conditions We Treat
- Dizziness when changing positions
- Dizziness when turning your head or looking up
- Sensation of the room spinning/vertigo
- Unsteadiness or feeling off balance
- Dizziness after a fall
- Post-concussion symptoms
- Difficulty concentrating or focusing
- Meniere’s Disease
- Vestibular Neuritis
- Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV)
What To Expect
Treatment for vertigo and concussions may temporarily worsen symptoms, so it may be beneficial to have someone accompany you to your sessions. In some situations, vertigo symptoms can be relieved in as little as one or two sessions, whereas other complex conditions may require longer treatment. Your therapist will determine if manual maneuvers or visual exercises are necessary to improve your condition and develop a program customized to your symptoms.
