Why Choose
Action Potential?

Simply stated, we’re different. Unlike most therapy providers who treat multiple clients at a time, Action Potential’s unique one on one approach provides a superior personalized experience. Our highly skilled doctors of physical therapy (DPTs) take time to get to know you. They guide you every step of the way through your SOLO 40-minute sessions, which are uniquely designed to achieve your therapy goals.

One on One Guarantee

We believe the key to a great recovery is having a great therapy experience. This belief is why we guarantee one on one sessions with a skilled physical therapist for every visit. Our therapists not only care about the clients who they are working with, but they also have the opportunity to spend the extra time needed to get to know each one on a personal level. Not only will you give direct input into your therapy plan, but you’ll be working to achieve real-life outcomes. We don’t think therapy should be about just lifting weights and stretching muscles… we want to see you get back to the activities you cherish.

Convenient Scheduling

Scheduling appointments is a drag. Let us help by using our online appointment request feature. Fill out the request form, then we’ll contact you via phone or email to set up your initial appointment.

Affordable Rates

While we accept many insurances that may pay for your physical therapy services, we also offer competitive self pay rates. If your insurance is out of network or if you have a high deductible health care plan, it may be beneficial for you to consider paying cash for your services. We can always provide you with documentation to submit for insurance reimbursement.

Action Potential Rates
• Physical therapy Initial evaluation: $130
• Physical therapy follow up session: $110
• Dry Needling: $150

We offer a money back guarantee for a session if you are not satisfied! Please see the packages tab for discounted bundles.

Can I Use My HSA/FSA Card for Physical Therapy?

Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) are fantastic tools in managing your medical costs. Action Potential accepts HSA and FSA cards for payment of physical therapy services including self pay for patients not using insurance or to pay for copays or coinsurance. Our team can provide an itemized statement for your HSA/FSA accounts to fulfill their requirement. We recommend contacting your HSA/FSA issuer to review your usage with Action Potential for payments of patient responsibilities, cash services, and supplies. You may need to let them know that you are coming to physical therapy at Action Potential so that they recognize the transactions.

For those submitting self pay charges to Out-of-Network payers for potential reimbursement or credit towards accumulations, it is likely that you will need an itemized statement that will include information needed such as diagnosis codes, treatment codes, and demographic information about Action Potential. Contact your insurance provider for instructions on how to submit charges. When you are ready to submit, please contact Action Potential and we will be able to provide that itemized statement to you. While we are not responsible for reimbursement by your insurance company, most of our clients have had good success with submitting their payments.
