
Sarah’s passion for health and wellness began in 2014 when she joined a local gym and learned the fundamentals of strength training after her son, Nolan, was born. By taking time to focus on her physical and mental well-being, she became stronger, more confident, and better able to tackle the daily challenges of life as a full-time teacher and new mom. Becoming a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach in 2019 gave her the chance to combine her desire to help others with her enthusiasm for health and fitness. She is currently the coordinator of Fit4Mom which gives her the opportunity to connect with a community of women who share some of the same obstacles and triumphs of motherhood.
