Football season is in full swing! This time of year, it is easy to pop on the couch for two days straight while watching our favorite college and NFL teams play. To combat becoming a couch potato, stay mobile with this quick living room-friendly workout that you can perform during the games! 

Complete 10 repetitions of each exercise and perform 2-3 times throughout the game, except for the single leg balance, which you should try to hold for 30 seconds and repeat 3 times.
